Melbourne 2017 International FIAP Stamp Exhibition appears to be one of the best-organised major events of recent decades and seems set to break some records. Our cover shows the iconic Flinders Street Station, dressed and lit for a former major event with some “tweaks” to reflect our own modern event, with our apologies to history. Readers may know the events that were actually being celebrated, but we thank that bygone era for a borrowed symbol of Melbourne!
